The South Tucson Housing Authority operates two housing programs:

1. Low Rent (Conventional) Housing Program Section 8
   - We have 132 Vouchers within the Section 8 Program.
2. (Housing Choice Voucher) Housing Program.
   - We have 172 apartments within the Low Rent Program which include one- to four-bedroom units.
